The BTNS WG met shortly on Wednesday at IETF68. We had
a short update on the problem and applicability
statement, it will be submitted to IESG for
publication as Experimental RFC after the IETF general
meeting.
The core document describing BTNS will be WGLC'ed after
the IETF general meeting.
The connexion latching describing how to bind a given
ULP communication (e.g. a TCP connexion) to a single
BTNS SA was presented by Nico Williams. It needs more
review and discussion and will then be WGLC'ed.
Two API documents were presented: an abstract API (by
Michael Richardson) inspired by the GSS API and a C
language one (by Miika Komu). They need to be reviewed
and discussed on the mailing list before we adopt them
as WG draft.
Due to lack of time the IKE extensions document could
not be presented by Michael Richardson. It needs
discussion on the mailing list.
